So I call TWC today and wondered if there is any way to request QoS on voice packets in their infrastructure. I fully expected a NO but what I got was a meandering 20min conversation with a tech person who in the end never answered the question. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised b/c what do they care about other voice products other than their own phone which is horribly overpriced for what it is. Anyone who pays 40.00 or more a month for a phone line is getting ripped off.
